Cancellations

Yes. You can cancel your booking whenever you want. Please note that the deposit paid at the time of booking is non-refundable.

No. The deposit is not refundable, regardless of when the booking is cancelled.

The deposit secures your reservation and confirms that the accommodation is held for your selected dates and ensures our renters security.

Payment

Yes. A 20% deposit is required for every booking.

The remaining balance is paid according to the property’s payment policy, usually before arrival or during check-in.

No. Your booking is guaranteed only after the required deposit has been paid.

Booking Details

The price includes all facilities listed under the selected room or accommodation type. You can also see whether other items, such as taxes, service charges, or additional services, are included when comparing booking options.

Prices are shown per accommodation unit, not per person.

No. Breakfast is not included, but meal delivery can be arranged if ordered one day in advance, also the same is for other meals during the day.

Credit Cards

A valid credit card is required to guarantee your reservation and pay the deposit. Without the deposit, your booking cannot be guaranteed.

Yes. You can use someone else’s card if you have their permission. As long as the deposit is paid, your booking will be secured.

Yes. Jahorina-STAY.com uses a secure connection for booking and personal data. Credit card details are encrypted and protected using SSL technology, the online industry standard for secure transactions.

Property Policies

Yes. Early or late check-in is usually possible, but we recommend contacting us in advance.

Extra Facilities

EV charger availability depends on the selected property. In general, EV charging options are available on Jahorina, but we recommend checking the property details or contacting us before arrival so we can confirm the closest available charging option for your stay.

During the summer season, free parking is always available. During the winter season, free parking may also be available, but if it is full, paid parking is available for up to €5 per day.

Parking availability depends on the season and property. Please contact us before arrival if parking is important for your stay.

We try to arrange shuttle service from Sarajevo International Airport to Jahorina through local taxi services. If this is not available at the moment, other taxis are usually available at the airport, although prices may be higher.
