4. Booking and Confirmation
A booking is considered confirmed only after the required deposit has been successfully paid and confirmation has been sent to the guest.
Submitting a booking request without payment of the deposit does not guarantee availability or secure the selected dates.
After confirmation, guests will receive booking details by email. If you do not receive your confirmation email, please contact us directly.
5. Deposit and Payment
A 20% deposit is required for every booking if not stated differently in the booking process.
The deposit is used to secure your reservation and hold the accommodation for your selected dates. The remaining amount is paid according to the policy of the selected property, usually before arrival or during check-in.
Without deposit payment, the booking is not guaranteed.
6. Cancellation Policy
Guests may cancel their booking at any time.
However, the deposit paid at the time of booking is non-refundable. This applies regardless of the cancellation date, unless otherwise stated in writing for a specific booking or property.
The non-refundable deposit helps protect accommodation providers from blocked dates, last-minute cancellations, and lost availability.
7. Prices
Prices displayed on Jahorina-STAY.com are shown per room, apartment, or accommodation unit, unless stated otherwise.
The price includes the facilities and services listed under the selected accommodation type. Additional services, such as meals, transfers, late check-out, paid parking, or special requests, may not be included unless clearly stated.
We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors, technical mistakes, or incorrectly displayed availability.
8. Children and Extra Beds
There is no additional cost for children unless otherwise stated on the property page.
Extra beds, cribs, or child-related arrangements depend on the property’s policy and availability. In general, these options may be possible, but they should be requested before arrival.
9. Meals and Food Delivery
Breakfast is not included in the standard accommodation price unless clearly stated.

We may assist guests in arranging transport from Sarajevo International Airport to Jahorina through local taxi or shuttle providers.
Transport availability, prices, vehicle type, and travel time are provided by third-party transport providers and may vary. If arranged transport is not available, taxis are usually available at the airport, but prices may be higher.
15. EV Charging
EV charger availability depends on the selected property or nearby facilities.
In general, EV charging options are available on Jahorina, but guests should contact us before arrival so we can confirm the closest available charging option for their stay.
16. Guest Responsibility
